We will endeavour to get all orders out for standard next day delivery. Timed deliveries are available please telephone for price.
All orders over £125.00 (exc VAT) net carriage free (UK mainland only).

Smaller/lighter items are calculated on weight and delivered by Royal mail.

Goods marked heavy or long will have a standard delivery charge of £11.95 (exc VAT)- Scottish borders and off-shore we will call with a quote for carriage upon receipt of order.

All back orders will incur additional carriage charges.

Keencut products are delivered direct from supplier.

The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery.
Whilst every effort will be made to supply goods of the correct type and quality and on time the company cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damage, however caused.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to establish the suitability of goods and materials for the purpose of which they are purchased.

Defective goods should be returned to the company at the customer’s expense. Such returns can only be made with the company’s authorisation. The customer must notify the company within 24 hours of receipt of goods their intention to return them.

Non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 10% handling fee and carriage costs at the customer’s expense.

All returns must be in their original packaging.

If the company is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being defective, return carriage charges will be reimbursed and replacements sent.

The goods shall remain the property of the company until payment in full has been received. The company shall reserve the right to recover the products and enter the customer’s premises using reasonable force for the purpose of doing so.

JAG Sign Supplies Ltd will only accept business on these conditions and the placing of an order signifies full acceptance of these conditions by the buyer.
